My mobile data isn't working and the posts aren't helping

I am paid up. I have 4.9GB alive. And I connect to wifi without a problem. But no connections away from wifi. the solutions I have looked at are all about SIM cards etc but that isn't my problem. It was fine till a couple of weeks ago.

The same has just happened to me, wifi only. There seems to be no way to check the network status.

Does this happen in all areas or one postcode location?

Do you have a 5G/4G symbol in the top corner?

It happens in all areas and no 4G or 5G symbol is appearing.

My postcode area is SN11. A few miles away it seems OK. I have the 4G symbol and one bar.
