What error msgs are you seeing?

If you can receive emails & use the Net, then sending is exactly the same for using mobile data.

Who/what is providing your WiFi? Is it TT as your BB ISP?

What is the Port setting for the GMail app's Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)?

Hi

My WiFi / BB isp is TT

It is 587 STARTTLS connection security.

Not changed any setting and when using my WiFi everything is fine so cant be the settings.

I have also tried this In the Gmail app settings, select the TalkTalk account and untick Sync email for this account, power off the phone, wait a minute, power on and re-tick Sync email for this account and then see if the Outbox starts to empty. but that didn't work either.

Hopefully this will fix its self overnight

Thanks

The last time I used TT (Tiscali) email I had outgoing SMTP port 587 with NO encryption or maybe just SSL. Same for incoming POP3 port 995.
