I can't buy more data!

My mobile phone has run out of data.

I've had a text with a link to buy more data. When I click on it, it tells me to turn my wi-fi off. When I click when I'm on 4G, it won't download the page---because I've run out of data.

How do I get more data? I can see lots of other people on here with the same problem, but i don't see a solution.

Hi @Mark348,

Welcome to the EE Community.

add-on.ee.co.uk is zero rated, so you should be able to access it even when you have run out of data.

Is that the link you were using?

Are you in the UK or roaming?

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

What happens when you try to open the add-on page?
