Hi, I'm set up for roaming, but while I was away in spain I couldn't get any service other than WiFi? I've checked I was set up and all was OK. When I went to Portugal in January all was OK, no issues at all? Anyone else have similar problems? And we're they resolved? I've tried to speak to EE but this is proving impossible!!

@Hwillia Did you try restarting the device? Did you try a manual network search? If you’re not back in the UK, there’s nothing that can actually be done to test this and as you say it worked in Portugal, so there’s no reason why it will not work in Spain.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I did both.

Koss is my next venture, so will try again, and ring EE from there if any issue.
