Unable to gift data using app or website

Hi,

I've always been able to gift my data to shared users on my plan. It seems that the website and app have been down today, as originally I couldn't even log in. Now I can log in, but I am getting this error message:

"We will have it fixed soon

Sorry, we can't show this device's data right now. Please try again later."

This is very frustrating as my family need data for being out and about. Can someone please help? Thanks!

Unfortunately not. I tried again last night and this morning (just now) and it still displays the same error.
