Over the past CPL of months my mobile data does not work even when I have full 3g signal but there is no connection even though I have 13gb data available

everywhere can have it can say i got full 3g signal but data still not working reset phone and everything yet data not working any where

What phone are you using?

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if data works?
