I am having problems with internet access when not on wifi each time I try to search on google as soon as I select a page nothing happens but as soon as I reconnect back to wifi the pages appear any ideas? I have already checked parental controls and its not that.

Can you access apps using mobile data on the device?

Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies and opening a web browser again?

No i cannot access any apps at all and yes I have cleared all cache and cookies that was my first point of call after reading through the endless amounts of the same problems on line.

I have the same problem with no internet since 12th this month... ( kings lynn norfolk)

Do you have a 4G or 5G symbol on the phone?

What phone are you using?

S9+ i swapped 2g/3g using to lte/2g/4g and all good now, had idea after
your question to it, so thanks for help. Now all working well ( 4g+ )
