Cannot connect to Minecraft realms on cellular data

I cannot connect to Minecraft realms while using my data from my phone.

It tries to connect and gets stuck on a joining realm screen.

I can connect using my phone connected to wifi at home. I can connect using other phones as a hotspot ( Ee and other providers)

I cannot connect on my nintendo switch or other devices while using my phone as a hot spot.

I believe this narrows this issue down to being related to my specific lte connection coming to my phone

I can connect to Minecraft servers but not realms.

I have tried to reset all phone settings and phone networking settings but it just seems to be blocked.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
