It says I have no data remaining and if I want to use data then to buy add ons when I’m connected to the wifi. It never has done this before but to use all my data in 4 days whilst not leaving the house seems a bit much

Can anyone explain how I’ve managed to use all my data in 4 days whilst I’ve been at home recovering from an operation when I’ve been connected the whole time? Honestly not the first time it’s happened now and considering changing who I’m with cause that doesn’t seem right at all

Hello @Clecle123.

I am sorry to hear you are currently recovering from an operation, I would love to see if I could help regarding your mobile data.

When you text AL to 150 does it show no data is remaining?

Speak soon,

Your phone should have a data usage counter within the connections settings menu, that will itemise WiFi & mobile data usage down to individual apps.

You can often set the counting period to match your billing cycle, which can help with investigations into usage such as this.

What device are you using?

Have you checked in settings to see what has used the data as @bristolian advised?
