cancel my order and join the cheaper plan

I have order a data plan on 8/12, and I would like to cancel it because I saw a cheaper plan on EE website.

I have received the SIM card.

So I want to cancel my order and join the cheaper plan, how should I proceed?

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

Thankyou so much, I just called to CS and cancel my contract, and I will join the cheaper plan after cancellation.

Btw, when I can get the refund?

You will receive a final bill in the post soon which will detail any refunds due and when you will receive it.
