I’m still waiting a refund of £11.40

I was getting ready for a trip to New Zeland, wen I realized I needed some suggestions from EE, regarding using my mobile phone outside EU. Eventually I bought a package of £11.40 of data, which allows me to make calls and internet at low cost. Sadly it was a waste of time, and money! I needed to send pic of my journey through WhatsApp, while I was in the middle of nowhere…. And no internet. The only moments I ad internet was when I was staining in a Motel were I’ve been given a password for accessing internet. When I got back I made a complaint of this useless package, so they decided to give me a refund …..,,, 🙄 still waiting for this refund!!! 😩

If you have been promised a refund and havent received it yet you will need to contact customer services on 150.
