Which addon for data roaming?

Hi.

Im trying to buy an addon for roaming in South Africa.

The link in the SMS I got when I entered South Africa gave me Forbidden Access

I managed to login to My EE and click the get addons link but im seeing a lot named like this:

Zone A 900MB EE HS Weekly

Nothing is named obviously like "Roaming"

Is Zone A roaming for SA?

Very confusing.

Yes, Zone A includes data roaming in S.A. Zone 6 is just for calls & texts. Confusing, ain't it!

As it is not in EU, you cannot use your usual UK allowances there but will need to pay the charges or buy roaming add-ons as set out in https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/roaming-costs/countries/southafrica.

If you are on contract, remember to text ROAMING to 150 before you leave UK to ensure roaming is enabled on your account.
