My 25GB doesn’t saw

When I renew my pack I got my 15GB plus 20GB that I had from previous packs. So I got 35GB. Although my pack will finish on 26th of November, today I realized that in my application the remaining GB is 0.

Also I have tried to use my 4G internet and I find out that I have internet I can get in any site but my application doesn’t saw my real remaining GB.

Please fix the problem because I need to know what I pay.

@Medousa68 Restart the phone and try again.
you can always text BALANCE to 150.

This is a known problem that the relevant team at EE is aware of. It has been ongoing for the past week or so.

If you text "AL" (without the quotes) to 150, you will probably receive a text in return that gives you the info you want. "Probably" because this is giving me erroneous information on one of my PAYG lines.
