Not able to access Reddit app whilst using mobile data?

Hiya,

I’m really confused. About five days ago I tried accessing Reddit whilst out and about and it told me there was no connection. I sort of left it and when I got home I tried again whilst connected to Wi-Fi and it connected fine. I turned my Wi-Fi off because it was a bit slow and I wanted to watch a video, the same thing happened again it said no connection.

I googled to see if I could find anything and someone said go on the EE app and change your settings to 18+ (it already was set up as that). I’m so confused and not really sure what’s going on. All my settings are 18+.

Anyone that has any suggestions please reply! It’s doing my head in now as I have a group chat on there I like to speak to throughout my day. Thank you in advance.

Are you on contract or PAYG?

Where in your MyEE do you see mention of 18+?
