Mobile data at zero despite having unlimited data

My data allowance is 5GB. It has been turned off as it says I have reached limit and refreshes in 8 days but I have unlimited data with no refresh date. How would I get data back?

@phyllis60 What does your account say you have ? What does texting AL to 150 say ?

If your data allowance states 5gb then it is not unlimited. Are you sure you haven’t confused other things like calls or texts with unlimited.. text al or ba to 150

My account says unlimited which is true as I've had that for some time as an add on to 5GB which it was originally.

What's text to AL 150?

Text to 150 and reply that allowances will restart on 9th so take it will have to wait till then.
