Gifting data to kids accounts

Hi,

Got two kid accounts linked to mine. Have always gifted some data each month. This month the app is only letting me gift dat to one kid's account. The other is not available e.g. no drop-down box?

Went onto the website and it said it couldn't do it at moment.

any ideas?

@samtcb : Are all nos. under the same MyEE family a/c, not PAYG? They need to be to be able to gift data. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .

@samtcb As you’ve done this in the past and now you having an issue it sounds like you account is messed up. It might be worth calling customer services and ask them to reset your account.
