    <description>&lt;P&gt;Does your phone show signal indicators of a network? And are you able to make/receive voice calls?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That would be good evidence of the SIM allowing you access to a network, and the issue with data potentially being in the phone itself.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you able to take a screenshot of this error message?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had no mobile data since yesterday and whenever I press the button to switch it on in settings, the device tells me to install a sim (which is and has been in the device the whole time).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried resetting the device and removing the sim and reinstalling but still not having much luck. I have also been on hold to EE for 40 minutes 3 times and still not got an answer &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
