EE APN Settings - Windows 10 Laptop (Lenovo)

Hi,

Please can you provide me the EE APN settings for a Windows 10 Laptop.

Details below should you need it:
Manufacturer: Sierra Wireless, Incorporated
Model: EM7455
Firmware: SWI9X30C_02.24.05.06
Network type: GSM
Data class: UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA, LTE
IMEI: 015105002609691
Mobile number: 447966546343

The EE SIM connects fine on the default Windows APN, but when trying either of the APN settings below the SIM fails to connect:
Profile name: EE internet
APN: everywhere
Username: eesecure
Password secure
Type of sign-in info: CHAP
IP Type: IPv4
OR
Profile name: EE internet
APN: everywhere
Username: eesecure
Password secure
IP Type: IPv4

Do you know what the APN settings should be for this laptop?

The SIM fails to connect using any EE APN settings i enter above but if i use the default Windows APN then it connects fine. We need to use EE APN settings when connecting to the VPN over cellular as otherwise our VPN fails.

Hi @WoodmanB.

Do you get an error message related to the APN settings when you try to connect?

They look right to me, but one of our experts may spot a mistake somewhere.

Try PAP rather than CHAP as the Authentication type.
