Gift data to family members no longer on app

How can i transfer data to other family member on same account. Getting very frustrated as i can't see in App anymore and family members is getting very low on data and other family members has lots that can be transferred. 9

Are you able to see the option if you log in online?

Have you used Data Gifting previously?

Yes I always used before but app looks, different but not used since earlier this year.

I use to go on family usage and saw wo was running low and then went on gift data option but can't see anymore. So frustrating as away and need more data from family member. I have look everywhere and on my online account.

The app has been updated recently.

If you're unable to gift data at all I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.
