Hello I had 20.94gb left yesterday morning and now only got 668mb how can that happen as I not been online plus background downloads are switched off etc

I’m using iPhone 7 Plus and I have checked and double checked everything is
switched off I have never went through 20gb in a day before so don’t know
where it’s went and using my friends internet to check emails as not
topping up because that will be missing too

What do you mean, everything is switched off, @Mazza1984?

Is there anything in your data counters that sticks out? If you go to Settings > Mobile Data and scroll down, it will show you next to each app how much data has been used on it since it was last reset.

It may be worth resetting it after you have checked so that you can monitor this going forward.

I mean background apps and undated Etc all is off and I have looked at that bit on my data usage and still my data usage comes anywhere near 20gb I've never used that in a week let alone 1 day
