Mobile data is not available during the call

I have PAYG, iPhone 14 pro max own phone. Cannot use mobile data or even text during call. Very annoying. What can I do? Already enabled VoLTE.

During call, then the 4G sign disappears, and you only see the signal bar.

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to check 4G calling is turned on from our side.

Does VoLTE/4G-calling show on your phone's screen when on a voice call?

If not, then that call is over 2G/3G. 3G data should be usable for basic activities

What do you mean by "already enabled VoLTE"

Without this working, your calls are over 2G/3G which will impact on data use.

Never seen VoLTE/ 4G-call on the phone.

However I have enabled VoLTE in the settings, under mobile data, when they ask if you want to use 5G auto/ 4G, in iPhone,
