Adding on data

I ran out of my monthly data early so chose to add on 1GB to last me until it refreshes. It looks like it has added on when I check my account but every time I try to use my data, it won't connect to the network. My texts and calls still work and I have tried changing the network to something else then going back to EE and it says its registered with EE, so I don't understand why it isn't working.

It says waiting next to 1GB left of 1GB.

No, it says 947MB left of 2GB. It says waiting next to it.

So it sounds like you have an active data connection, @Fiona-11.

Could you try restarting your phone please?
