&lt;P&gt;If you had searched roaming you find the answer as you've not activated the service before leaving the UK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls. &lt;BR /&gt;Or&lt;BR /&gt;From the MyEE app Click on the man in the corner&amp;nbsp; - Settings and Permissions - activate roaming abroad and make international and premium calls&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;
