Hey guys,

This is for people on Unlimited Plans.So you don't get caught out....

You used to be able to give 100GB/120GB data at any point on your monthly cycle. However, EE have craftily changed this. Even though you are Unlimited if you use 100/120GB of data before you gift you will have 0GB left to gift... Theatrically meaning the first 100-120GB of your Unlimited Allowance is now your Gifting Allowance.

So you will need to gift data at the start of every month so the person your gifting gets the maximum data!

Upon further investigation this seems to have always been the case. It never happened on my account though until the recent App Refresh!
