What happens when you try to gift data?

Do you get an error message?

No error message, only "we can't give you all the information you need at the moment. Try again later " I've uninstalled and installed the app. The ee team don't know. My wife is showing no data and she has 200gb. Just awaiting a call from service tech'.

Constantly - for months. Its driving me mad. gifting data doesn't work on app, on mobile or laptop.... just constantly goes to blank screen that doesn't load. last month it took me about 6 days to actually get it to work. I have tried again for 2 days now and once again isn't working.
