hello

I've bought blackview a55 and cant connect to mobile data, phone shows that is connected to 4g but cannot access internet

Yes I've changed APN settings, tried turning aeroplane mode, reset network settings, restarting phone but still don't work

I'm having the same problem @Theycallmespike . Everything obviously works fine when connected to WiFi but as soon as it disconnects, nothing works. Although it says 4G and 5G is available and signal is high. I'm not receiving messages or notification until i get connected back onto WiFi. Even navigation apps and Spotify aren't working

Can you make calls and send texts when not connected to WiFi?

What happens when you try and access the internet or any apps?

I am not able to send IMessages or receive calls. No apps are updating either.

2 separate users in the same thread isn't ideal here to keep replies clear, however I'll ask..

Do you have any problems with voice calls in the locations where data is problematic?
