Data gifting not working

Hi I need to gift data to the rest of my family, but every time I try to do it on the app it says ‘we are unable to show all the information you want right now’ and won’t let load the page. How can I fix this? Had no problem on old app

Can you gift data if you log into your My EE account online?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Could you try this morning on both your My EE app and through the My EE desktop site please?

I’m having the same problem. I cannot gift data to my family either on the app or on the website. Very frustrated with this!!!

I'm sorry to hear this, @Mariesg.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can look into your account.

They'll be able to manually gift data for you, too.
