Since the update on the EE app I can't do the data gifting through our account. We are on the same one, and the problem has only started since the app updated..

Do you get an error message when you try and gift data?

Can you gift data in your My EE account online?

I am experiencing the same, cannot share my data with my other contacts.

I am sharing my data to my other contacts for years from ‘My Account’ online, but this month something wrong going on. I have searched in EE community, and found others also struggling with data sharing.

can you please help to resolve.
