Hello, I have just upgraded my EE plan and phone which includes being able to gift data to family members. I can’t work out how to do this, my husband had an EE contract and my daughter has a pay as you go. Thanks

In order to Gift Data within a Family Plan All the Phone Numbers need to be on the same Contract Account, also Its only available to Pay Month Accounts so not for PAYG.

Thank you, we haven’t got a family plan. Can I set one up and add my husband to it or is it too late if he’s got his own?

Thanks for coming here.

You would need to request an account transfer to your account with our mobile care team by calling us on 150. They would need to speak to your husband if he is the account holder.

Once you do it it’s pretty straightforward on the new ee app.
