How do I check my data balance without calling EE. I tried logging in and it won't let me. I tried clicking on add ons and it just goes to a forbidden site

What device are you using? Are you on a pay monthly or pay as you go plan?

Could you try logging in on a different device or browser please?

I am using pay as you go. I’ve tried logging in on my iPad and the same issue. I can’t check my data balance

That's weird, @Moniz_laura.

Could you try texting BALANCE to 150 please? There's no charge for those texts.
