@Tanya-fraser44 You want to purchase the roam further add on, it’ll allow you to use your tariff allowances while there. It’s £10 per month. You also need to make sure roaming is enabled on your account before you leave the UK. You can do this now by texting ROAMING to 150.

You can find costs and add-ons for using your phone in Mexico, in our Roaming in Mexico Help page, if you select your account type.

If you have a pay monthly account, you will need to make sure you have roaming set up to use your phone in the US, to do this please log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK > They will show as ticked if roaming and calling abroad is activated.
