Mobile data in croatia

Hi All

Hoping someone may be able to help. I’m currently on holiday in Croatia and I keep losing my mobile signal. I have roaming on and automatic network selection. When I turn my phone on I get a mobile signal for a few minutes and then it disappears

any ideas?

Welcome to the community.

Are you able to try manual selection and choose a network?

It may be trying to jump between networks and cause a loss of signal.

Thanks Jon. I’ve tried that and when I select any of the 3 available networks I get no mobile reception.

have turned my phone on and off and am now trying to call EE whilst I’ve temporarily got a signal!

What phone do you have, @Dancepuppy?

The networks may take a few minutes to connect.

I am in the same boat but my Mrs, also on EE not had any problems and is connecting to Telemach ?

Are you in Croatia too? Have you tried the steps above in the thread?

Are you on contract or pay as you go?
