&lt;P&gt;Do you have another known working EE SIM that you could temporarily try in your daughter's phone?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This would help us to narrow down the cause of the problem, as the problem would follow either your daughter's SIM card or the phone. We would then be able to take the appropriate action depending on the outcome.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>New Sim not accepting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Daughters iPhone which was bought via EE stopped acknowledging data. Chsngednphone, another via EE again no data. An hour with EE and they agreed we needed a new Sim. Activated it and guess what, still no data. Even though there is 100 on the account the 4g won’t work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We reset and changed everything except for going back to factory settings…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anything else we could try please..???&lt;/P&gt;</description>
