Adding data one off

I added 1GB when run low on data as one-off rather than increasing the monthly plan. The price selected was £5-6 (can’t remember exactly) however I have been charged £11.38! Very misleading…

Then received a messaged saying that the 1GB has been added and if I wanted to stop at any point to message 150, when done so I got a message back saying I do not have 1GB ad on to remove.

Do you have two charges showing on your bill for different days of the month?

Is the add-on showing in your My EE account within add-ons?

Hi,

thanks. I had the ad on 1GB where you have indicated for £4.74 month which still unsure how it happened as I was just adding a on off data or that was the intentional! Also I don’t know why paid £11 extra this month…
