4G connection

My internet has stopped working on my phone when I’m not connected to Wi-Fi any reasons for this ? I’ve checked my allowance and I have plenty of data left so don’t know what the issue is?

Are you in the UK or roaming?

Are you only having this issue in one location or everywhere?

Can you still make calls and send texts?

hello

i have this problem at the moment it started with vpn messing up my phone at the beginning of the year since then apps like Facebook and messenger haven’t worked. Last week WhatsApp stopped working and now I can’t access any games or internet when I’m not at home or on Wi-Fi! Please can you help me? I don’t know what to do?

What kind of phone are you using? Have you tried resetting it to factory settings, after backing it up?
