No 'Start Conversation' Button

Hi I am trying to contact EE from abroad in the US as my roaming is not working, but there is no 'start conversation'. I've gotten someone in the UK to go on the same webpage and the button is there for them. I've waited it for it to appear for hours and nothing. I can't contact EE by phone because there is no service. What do I do?

Side note, in terms of my issue I've activated roaming already through EE and on my phone and restarted my phone but I just have no service

Does Roaming and Call abroad show as ticked in your My EE account?

Have you tried manually selecting a network in your phone settings?
