My numbered transferred to EE yesterday and everything seems ok, except for 3G. My mobile (iPhone SE 2020) connects properly to 4G but whenever it changes to 3G, I don’t have internet connection.

What happens when you try to use mobile data over 3G, and are you able to make & receive calls OK?

What's the reason for your using 3G - is your phone dropping back automatically, or is there something else awry?

Hi,

The phone automatically switches to 3G when there’s no good reception of 4G. I have internet connection when I have 4G but as soon as it switches, the internet connection is lost (all the apps say there is no connection). There is no problem with receiving and making calls, as well as sms.

Could you restart your phone this morning and let us know if it's OK?
