Extremely Low Download Speeds on 4G

Hi, recently moved from three to EE and im getting terrible speeds at my area IV30.

Used to get 150-200mbps on Three and now on EE its about 1-5 mbps making it very unusable.

Any idea why such a big difference, I take it I have up to 14 days to cancel

IV30 covers quite a large area with many network sites - meaning there are numerous possible causes here.

As a starter, there are a few lines of inquiry. 1: Are these poor speeds consistent, or do they vary? 2: Do you know anyone else locally using EE, and are they similarly affected? 3: Is anything reported awry under "check status" on the coverage & status tool ?

ill have to find out. But tried 2 different locations. Inside and outside. Both showing low speeds.
