When I try to watch something it says my data does not renew yet but my account says I have 10 GB in credit, can't understand how I can't use this?

If you text BALANCE to 150, what does it say by response?

It says it's not there, only have 250mb, still no idea why it says 10GB on my account.

Posted above but I still don't understand why this 10.5 GB credit is on my account? Could it be what I was allocated in the months before?
