My mini mobile device is unlocked i placed a smarty sim card in which is activated and getting nothing happening just all the lights on but no wifi still was told to go to 192.168.-.- and so on but stil canot get into my ee box to set it up !!

Is it an EE SIM card that you're using?

What make and model is the WiFi device?

tested a ee sim and a egg sim and a o2 sim had a frend come round that has one to and said it damaged as it dues not eve re set and all lights are on all the time so looks as if i need to send it back but thanks for your help Gys
