Hi guys I need some advice.
I bought the above mobile router and a ee 120gb data sim. I set it up with a camera to keep an eye on an empty house I have for sale.
The Wi-Fi drops out and the dongle turns off. It’s plugged into the mains with no battery in it as advised. I want to be able to view it from my house 1 kilometre away but it just says offline. I don’t have any other Wi-Fi system in the house. What can I do to sort it out or is there a better dongle or router that will work with my SIM card?

Have you checked the router settings.

Thanks

Hi Northerner I’m not sure how to do that? I’ve tried typing in 192.168.1.1 but it can’t find server? I’m wondering if it’s faulty I did get it secondhand?Or would I be better with something like this?

It should connect as the server is the router itself.

You can find your default admin and WiFi password on the label located on the underside of the battery cover and also on the Keep Me Card.

Ali
