Recently changed to EE SIM only for home use (laptop, TV, etc). Purchased new SIM only 'modem'. Connection keeps buffering etc. advised by EE helpline to reset 'modem'. Helped for a while, but not for long. Now faced with another 45 minute plus tel call to EE helpline. Any suggestions? Have tried different lications

@alanh7 : How good there is a mobile's connection to the mobile network? They both would be using the same connection. If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Try placing the mobile router on a window sill or as near to 1.
