I hope I have selected the correct sub forum here.

My good friend, who is VERY non technical has had an EE Mini Wi-Fi thing that uses the mobile data signal and allows her to connect to the internet.

The battery is now in a bad condition and is swollen. I know this can be dangerous. I also have read that it is not practical to replace the battery.

My question is this = if she buys a new "dongle" the same as the one she has now, how does she register it to her existing account ?
Thanks in advance,
John
