Unable to connect to EE Public Wifi

Upon trying to sign in, my phone pops an error message that the network has security issues, and that the certificate isn't trusted.

If I chose to proceed anyway, I can log in with my broadband account and it may work for a time, but I am logged out or disconnected every few minutes, and frequently cannot load web pages due to "err_name_not_resolved"

This isn't limited to one hotspot, I have the same issue with EE public wifi anywhere I go. I can connect just fine on other devices.

I have tried clearing my cache and changing dns settings, but no luck. Any ideas?

As this is happening specifically with only one device, please call our customer service team on 150, where the technical team will be able to run an investigation to get to the root of the issue and suggest the best configuration for your phone.
