EE MINI Hub not working

Just got a mini hub sent and it doesn’t connect to the internet . I have done the reset holding the power button, reset pressing the switch on the little switch on the inside and taken the SIM card out and the battery and it still doesn’t connect.

My phone is on EE and is connected well. Thanks for any advice.

@Bootcamp69 : Did it come with a SIM? Is it on contract or PAYG?

Yes, it comes with a sim. It was sent whilst there is a delay in getting
our BT INTERNET connected.

All the lights came on but it seems it’s not working as they cancelled the broadband installation which in turn cancelled the validity of the Hub, so it wouldn’t connect.

Ah, it must be a Connectivity Backup which needs a Home BB router to operate.
