Ive recently recieved my mobile broadband router, fantastic price of portable broadband however im trying to change the name & password to make it easier for friends/family to access it, when it comes to putting in the password when its on the change name/password part its doesn't accept the password given to me with the router. HELPPPP please. Thank you

Are you sure you're entering the information correctly.

Try factory resetting the router and trying again.

You are presumably trying to change the WiFi SSID & pwd. Are you mixing up to WiFi pwd with the admin pwd?

My Internet leging since three weeks it's stop every time very bad service I make so many complain not worth it any how my contract finishing soon no more ee broadband because very bad connection

Yes all information entered correctly. Have also tried resetting & still wont work unfortunately

The first step to try is restarting your device.

You can check coverage and network status at Check mobile coverage where you can also report any issues you are facing, as well as sign up for updates on any known issues that may be going on.
