I bought an EE PAYG 120gb 4g mobile WiFi today and it doesn’t seem to be working, followed the instructions but just keeps flashing red and says no internet connection. Tried all the things it said to try to rectify but still flashing red. Even tried putting the SIM in my phone and that didn’t work either. We were on EE mobiles a couple of months ago so we know we have a decent signal where we live. Could there be a fault with the SIM?

Hi, thanks for replying. It won’t let me access that link.

I’ve just logged into the router and it says network disconnected, which is obvious anyway due to the flashing red lights.

Might try calling EE and if no look then have to return for a replacement.
