EE SIM not working in new “non EE” dongle

Moved EE SIM from an old dongle to a new one. Both ‘non EE’ dongles. SIM not working in new dongle. Any help? As a 2 hour wait on customer services number

Hi @Thommo30,

I can imagine it's frustrating when your SIM is working in your old dongle and not your new one.

There are a few things that we can try which will hopefully get you back up and running.

Remove and reinsert the SIM.
Make sure you're using the correct SIM size or adapter.
Try a different SIM in the new dongle, if you have one available. If no SIM works, the dongle may be locked or faulty.
