5G Smart Hubs low speed in Salford/Manchester

I use a 5G smart hub for my apartment but over the last few days I've Ionly been getting average speeds of 15mbps and it is meant to be up to 150mbps. It makes it impossible for watching TV or apps like Netflix. I've called EE and they say there is an issue with a mast but it has been ongoing since May. I looked at a coverage map and it looks like there is no EE signal over half of Manchester/Salford.

Has anyone in the M5 area had the same issue? I'm wondering if it might just be my block as many of us use EE 5G Smart hubs and have the same issue.

Have you always struggled in this location, or has it only been recently that you've noticed these issues?

If there was a lack of coverage in the area we would expect this to be consistent.

Also whilst there may have been issues nearby for a while, sometimes the remaining network will have the capacity to keep things working well, but if another site were to go down this could suddenly become more apparent.

15Mbps should be plenty fast enough to use streaming apps in 1080/HD.

I'd be curious to know how you're concluding that half of Manchester has no EE coverage.
