Trouble seeing Data usage on Scancom SIM

I tried using http://add-on.ee.co.uk/ but it always shows

Please turn off your WiFi

To get access to this platform you need to turn off your Wi-Fi within settings.

And Wi-Fi is already off. What should I do?

Could your device be using something like iCloud Private Relay, or a VPN?

I just tried it on my iPhone.

Turned off private relay, still can't get the add-on page in Safari, says turn off wifi, but it works on Chrome.

Then what's a "Scancom SIM"? As I read it they are somebody else's SIMs that piggy-back (MVNO) upon various other real mobile networks. In which case I don't see EE's http://add-on.ee.co.uk/ working from them. Indeed any data usage you have will be of Scancom's data not of EE's & so EE can't possibly know what your data usage is.

Get a real EE SIM & you'll be able to get to it.

They basically buy EE business sims in bulk and sell them for cheaper. So directly EE with 5g+ and stuff!

That I doubt! How'd they put 4 networks on 1 SIM?:

1 SIM, 4 Networks. Maximum Coverage

Yh they have a lot of different models. I picked rolling 30 days not the 4 in 1 sim. It came in EE business packaging.

Our back office team have asked if you could hold on the page for a couple of minutes as it should detect no WiFi being active.

Scancom do say you have to track your own usage and you can't check it via EE.

I have a Three SIM from Scancom, and it's exactly the same.
